岗位职责
1. Full-Stack Web Development: Design, develop, and deploy responsive university websites and internal web applications, ensuring alignment with institutional branding and accessibility standards;
2. Web Application Security Hardening: Implement and maintain web security measures, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), SSL/TLS configuration, secure authentication protocols, and HTTP security headers to protect against common web exploits;
3. System Patching & Lifecycle Management: Manage the full system lifecycle, including regular patch management, software updates, and software upgrades to maintain system integrity and operational continuity;
4. Security Incident Response & Forensics: Serve as a key responder for security incidents; perform root cause analysis, contain threats, restore services, and document post-incident procedures to prevent recurrence;
5. Backup, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery plans for critical web platforms and underlying systems to ensure data integrity and rapid restoration in the event of failure;
6. Technical Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, web application architectures, and security protocols to ensure compliance with university policies and relevant regulations;
7. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity;
8. Work toward achieving assigned annual objectives and KPIs, demonstrating accountability for performance and results;

1. 具备HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript、SQL数据库和WordPress页面编辑器的熟练能力；
2. 拥有PHP和Python服务器端编程语言的实践经验；
3. 熟练掌握WordPress及自定义主题/插件开发；
4. 配置和管理Web应用防火墙（WAF）、SSL/TLS证书及安全编码实践；
5. 了解Web应用安全原则并具备实施有效对策的能力；
6. 管理Linux服务器环境以确保Web服务的高可用性和性能；
7. 具备足够的英语读写能力以保证基本的沟通和协调
